Interduct launches joint webshop for ventilation market

The Interduct webshop brings together products from VentTrade and Tops Luchtfilters, combining ventilation components and systems with specialist filter solutions. Customers can see current stock and price information, view placed orders and invoices, create project lists and easily place repeat orders. The new webshop replaces existing individual systems and acts as a single central one-stop-shop for installers and other business customers.

“The decision to create a single, unified webshop came from our desire to put the customer first,” says Tim Coppens, director of Interduct. “By bringing products and knowledge together in one place, customers can count on a wide range of products, backed by specialist expertise.”

The launch represents not only a digital innovation, but also a strengthening of the collaboration between the Interduct companies. Guido Jegerings, Director of Tops Luchtfilters: “As wholesalers, we complement each other in terms of product range and expertise, so it was a logical step to take. This collaboration creates a broader, comprehensive solution for installers, property owners and other business customers. We can now better support them with product choices, technical queries and specific project applications.”

As of today, customers can register and place orders in the Interduct webshop. The webshop will be further developed in the coming period. Plans include expanding the product range, linking multiple stock locations and adding additional functionalities to further support the customer.
